Surprise! We are ADOPTING!

Well, friends and family ... this is the way we have chosen to "announce" to you that we have begun an adoption plan!!

Some people get that "we are pregnant!!" blog ... and this is our preliminary version!  There will be a lot to celebrate as the weeks and months go by, but right now we want to celebrate by telling those we love that it is time!

We are working with Bethany Christian Services, and ask that you pray with us, plan with us, and share with us as we wander down this road.  We realize this might get bumpy, and we can only ask that you hold on tight to us as we take this leap.

Follow the blog over there on the right, and please suggest others do, too ... this is going to take a community and you are a vital part of it!  Visit often, comment tons, and know we love and appreciate each of you ... we could not do this with out you!

And yes, there will be lots of updates of the things we need and fundraisers, but we want to give you a second to take it all in first =)

All of our love, always,
Chad & Kristin
(and Abbie and Jake ... they are equally excited!! =)

  7. We are foster parents with the goal to help parents like yourselves. As we began this process we knew it would develop wonderful things in our children but provide so much for the babies who come to our home. Very soon our baby will leave our home and we are trusting God that we have given her everything she has needed to be a happy and whole person. Thank you for sharing your story with others. God bless you in your journey.
